the shenyang g-billow chemical is located in no.46, weigong north street, tiexi district. the old tiexi industrial district has been replaced with apartment buildings. most industrial enterprises have moved to the suburbs except for shenyang g-billow. it is difficult to develop the current area. the old location is a shenyang and fushun linking area and could restrict industrial developments.
the new location is in the chemical industrial park at the shengyang economic and technical development zone, covering an area of 1 million square meters. it invested 3 billion yuan to build the largest chemical production equipment group in asia and second largest in the world that focuses on polyvinyl chloride paste resin.
