the “reverse osmosis membrane material technology” 863 project acceptance meeting was held in hangzhou on sept 12. the project has been undertaken by hangzhou water treatment technology development center and cooperated by guiyang times huitong membrane technology co ltd, hangzhou beidouxing membrane co ltd, and changchun institute of applied chemistry chinese academy of sciences. more than 20 people from the hi-tech department of science and technology ministry and the company were in attendance. experts praised the project.
the ocean water desalination reverse osmosis membrane device can reach a salt rejection rate of 99.8%, low tension reverse osmosis membrane device reach world-class level of 99.36%. the project established the international assembly lines for ocean water desalination reverse osmosis membrane devices and tension reverse osmosis membrane elements low tension reverse osmosis membrane devices. the ocean water desalination reverse osmosis membrane device was applied to one ton per day demonstration project, which is a breakthrough of water desalination membrane in the country.
the project has promoted production of china’s reverse osmosis membrane products, and the development of reverse osmosis membrane technology, which breaks the limits of relying on imports.
