ruicheng branch announced the “bluestar world class manufacturing” (bwcm) project in a meeting on sept. 6. about 50 people including heads of the corporation, engineering plastic department, bwcm project group, ruicheng branch and program members, were involved.
ruicheng branch deployed staff to take a three-week training course to implement the bwcm project. the corporation’s project group planned to make a series of training sessions on sept 10 to oct 8, and continue to implement in a revolution after that. total work was expected to finish on nov 26.
