some electrolyzers that bluestar (beijing) chemical machinery made for an indian company, recently arrived at the port of tianjin and shipped on to india, marking the company’s entry into the indian chloralkali market, after years of trying. these exports paved the way for future operations abroad and bluestar has paid a great deal of attention to quality in production and its designers have made simulations and done analyses under various conditions, at maximum capacity, in accordance with the indian company’s needs. they improved product structure, production links and frock and clamping tools, increasing product electric current density by 10 percent, satisfying the customer and increasing competitiveness at the same time.
the company also adjusted the process, from project design and materials purchasing to production to work within the deadline, and cut the process from eight months to less than four, in line with customer requirements, coming through with flying colors.
