emulsions production requires high standards. from 8:00 am on august 19, the seventh workshop started to sterilize and rinse reaction stills and pipelines to activate the testing mission on time. duan xiaohua, chief of the workshop, said they separated the team into two shifts to prepare without stopping inconsideration of the limited time and heavy tasks. the work was completed at 4:00 am the next morning. the seventh workshop was also in charge of desalted supply, sewage collections and discharge of whole downstream workshops. during testing, the french export bsi stayed on the scene to instruct the trial work.
the seventh workshop for the downstream 200,000-organosilicone expansion project would have two production lines with low and high viscosity. its self-control rate accounted for 80 percent that can produce various emulsion products to satisfy its customers.
emulsion products have good thermo stability, waterproof and isolation function. they are incompatible with many organics and can apply to textile smoothing agents, lubricant of web offset printing, industrial rubber, tire, plastic, release agent of casting material, waterproof agent and isolating agent of industrial glass products, additives of maintenance products, flooring and furniture polish and leather maintenance products.
