bluestar’s lehigh institute recently received a notice from guizhou wengfu that the xinlongba dressing plant expansion project has passed a strict performance test by experts, and all indicators in beneficiation were above standard.
the project was on a tight schedule and involved the biggest chemical mine mill and synchronized motor in china. it took only 10 months to finish the construction drawing design, underground pile foundation construction, and solo and clean water test run.
the project team from lehigh overcame difficulties and devoted themselves to the completion of the project. their efforts were recognized by the project undertaker and supervisor and helped complete the project in time and ensure work quality. the team successfully finished the clean water test run and eight-hour no-load performance evaluation, and passed the mechanical completion acceptance check. the project also went through a 72-hour evaluation from july 20-23, realizing smooth trial run at full working load. the evaluation result was unveiled in mid-august.
to date, the project passed all tests and evaluations, marking a new step forward in lehigh’s capacity in undertaking a large-scale mineral processing project.
