the 25th chinese process control conference hosted by the technical committee on process control of the chinese association of automation was held in dalian. the pca heat exchanger health prediction and real-time monitoring project established jointly by ni huafang, cto of bluestar; su yuelong from bluestar’s technical application center; and ma tianming from nantong xingchen won the poster paper award at the conference. there were a total of 260 papers up for review. at the same time, su yuelong was voted as a member of the technical committee on process control of the chinese association of automation.
experts spoke highly of bluestar’s research achievements. they said that bluestar has started from actual needs, dug into existing production and equipment data, and made use of statistical theory. the company also used real-time database programming to develop a comprehensive review index for equipment health status. it strengthened forecasting and early warning visualization and simplified field operations, which has helped create economic benefits and played a positive role in the big data era.
