pang xiaolin, party secretary and chairman of nantong xingchen, was recently invited to attend nantong innovation and development conference. nantong xingchen was commended as the winner of the 21st china patent excellence award, and xu huimin, secretary of the municipal party committee, personally presented the award to pang xiaolin.
